On Sunday, Mark and I wanted to head up to Mesa Falls just for a bit. So we went for a long drive (we went past on accident) and found out that the road to Mesa Falls was still closed (only 3 miles away...erg!) SO we drove up as far as we could and enjoyed the view and the sound of the waterfall. On the way back down I saw something and started yelling "BEAR!" It didn't end up being a bear...but it was a moose!!! A really small moose with no rack, but still a moose. It was totally worth the drive, and being with Mark made the drive even better! Seeing the moose was just a plus.
