So, everyone is posting about their special valentines days and I thought I would join in! My valentines day was nothing special. This was actually my first valentines day since 7th grade that i have not had a valentine/boyfriend. How sad is that?! haha well I went to work from 11-6:30 and then went out to eat with my best friend Noelle. We went to La Madeline, which is my FAVORITE restaraunt so I was happy. I hadn't eaten there since I got home, so it was nice. Then we met up with some other friends, Lani, Bobby and Ginny and saw Step Up 2: The Streets. The story was horrible, but the dancing was AWESOME. That is the only reason I watch those movies. I envy people that can dance the way they do in those movies, it is awesome. So that was fun.
Wednesday, my dad took his 2 "sweet hearts" out for valentines day. When I got home my dad surprised me with pretty pink roses and a card that made me tear up. And my mom got me a movie, ACROSS THE UNIVERSE!!! I was sooo happy. Then we went to eat at Bob's Steak & Chop House...I loved it and thought it was delicious. I think they only did this because I didn't have a boyfriend this year and they felt bad. Haha and because they love me!! :) So that was really good and I loved it!
This week was teacher appreciation week at the day care, so every day had a different little "theme". Monday was hug day, so we got lots of candy hugs and hugs from the parents and kids. Tuesday was candle day and I got 9 candles I think? All of which smell delicious! Then Wednesday was smile day...but I dont know what that is supposed to mean, I heard more whining than I saw smiling. But that's okay, I love every single one of those kids :) Then today was FLOWER DAY!!! I loveeed it. I got lots and lots of flowers and definitely felt loved at the day care today. I am not sure what tomorrow is, but I won't be there so it doesn't really matter. Here are all of the flowers that I got within the last 2 days. The white ones are my moms though. Aren't they beautiful? A mom at the day care got me my favorite flowers, daisies! It put a big smile on my face.

That's a lot of flowers for someone who "doesn't have a valentine!" I changed my blog address so update your link.
Those flowers are so pretty!! I am jealous! Your dad is so sweet.
Saw you changed the link. Thanks. Now, could you change the link to say Amy & Bryan or Really Cool People (just please remove our last name). Thanks!
HEY...We saw step up 2, I agree I was there for the music and the dancing.
